Water Based Punching Bag Anyone Have A Free Standing Punching Bag?

Anyone have a free standing punching bag? - water based punching bag

I think buying a punching bag, insulated. The guy who fills the soil with water or sand. But it was never used. How do they compare with traditional punching bag that hangs? My biggest concern is whether they are easily destroyed?

I would not say "easy", but they can be undercut. A Dojo Bob, I have a lot of these things, despite the loaded bases with a good deal, but there is always someone who maintains a balance between a fall before, why was that?

All the weight is at the foot of the stock regardless of the base, the feet (if there was a man), but the force is on the head, like trying to bend a rule, about 5 cm above the base curve is to go and almost effortlessly in place.

What I mean by my analogy is bad, but the weight is on the force applied on the basis of defeats the object of focus a little, play a little easier loss of balance, if only one other shot is soon then TThe focus, which is already unstable, blown, and the share price falls.

Free standing bags are slow to train well, but if you hard and fast as you can with most martial arts, not the things, if not just shuffle around the room.

My personal opinion is that they very well understand training, but not worth the exorbitant amount they charge for them if you only placed a punching bag suspended in a hard plastic, and I mean seriously, this exchange which of their few holes almost independent of hard plastic base with a punching bag is usually held in place with straps normal children only go to move it.

The BOBs I must admit that it is worth a punching bag anatomically correctYou may not be easy, but the cheap "(and I use the term lightly) bags are from a total fraud.

It is better to buy a large wall hooks, and hang the bag.

I agree with the way above me. The independent exchanges to be taken lightly when you make hard. The BOB is probably good practice for things such as finger pricks in the eyes, although
