How to disguise eye bags with makeup? - makeup that disguises eye bags

I have rings under my eyes lately thick, heavy (at the end and stress, what can I say) and my bags are seriously disturbs me. I try to load layer of eyeliner, but it makes me like a raccoon. What can I do to hide the bags under the eyes and dark circles with eye makeup?
